You can shop easily on our e-shop with online payment. Contact us if you want to come to our studio in person. You can also visit brick-and-mortar stores that sell some of our products. You can find them here.

Shopping and complaints
Some of our more expensive products are not made to stock, but only to order. There you will find a "pre-order" button, you pay for the products in advance and we go into production. This button may also be for products that are currently sold out but are in the process of being manufactured. So don't be afraid to use this button and pre-order the product. We will inform you about the deadline, which is individual according to the complexity of the product.

Returns and complaints
You are also entitled to return the goods without giving any reason within 14 days of the online purchase. Whether the product did not meet your expectations, was an inappropriate gift, etc., please email us at nalejto@gmail.com and we will send you instructions on where to send the item back to us and refund your account. However, you are responsible for paying for shipping to us.
If you have discovered a manufacturing defect in the product, you are entitled to make a complaints within 2 years. Please email us at nalejto@gmail.com with a description of the defect and a photo, and information on whether you would like a new piece, an exchange for other goods, or a refund. Send the defective product back to us, we will pay the shipping. However, the warranty only covers problems that are caused by the manufacturer.
If your goods have arrived broken, it was probably due to improper handling of the package. But don't worry, 95% of the products will arrive fine, we pack the goods carefully. But if exceptionally it happened, please contact us immediately with photo documentation, we will complain about the shipping and send you new goods.
