COLLABORATION WITH KNEDLO ZELO WEAR
The Dish Thing was born out of a friendly collaboration between illustrator Jakub Novotný, the founder of the streetwear brand Knedlo Zelo Wear, and ceramic designer Lenka Záhorková.
Together, they selected some of Jakub’s existing illustrations and slogans — ones that gain a whole new layer of meaning when placed on porcelain.
We believe that a bit of sarcastic morning demotivation, unhealthy food references, or nods to gambling can actually brighten the day of any irony-loving soul.
All of it served with solid design sensibility — using familiar, everyday shapes found in classic Czech households.
